The staff at pickup were genuinely nice, which I appreciated, but I felt a bit misled about how quick or smooth the process would be. The line moved really slowly, so it ended up taking longer than I expected...

I was hoping this would be quick and easy to heat, but it took way longer than I thought it would and I kept checking on it, waiting for it to finally get warm enough, so it ended up being a bit more frustrating than I expected.

The site was easy to use, and I found the ham I wanted without digging around too much. Checkout was quick too, which felt like a small win because I was trying to get it done between errands. A couple pages loaded a little slow on my phone, but overall it was simple and my order went through just fine.

The person I dealt with was friendly and responded quickly, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful. The replacement arrived just fine too. To me, that says a lot about a company, because mistakes happen, but how they fix them is what really matters. I was genuinely happy with how they handled it

I’m sure they were busy or whatever, but I ended up waiting about 30 minutes past my pickup time. Totally fine, I guess, just not really what I expected when the order was supposed to be ready.

Ordered from Honey Baked and the ham was decent. Tasted fine overall, but it didn’t seem quite as fresh as I was hoping. A little dry around the edges. Not terrible or anything. Pickup was easy, though, which I appreciated. I’d probably give it another shot, maybe just go earlier in the day next time.

I bought a honeybaked gift card from the site and it worked fine once it finally came through. The email just took longer than I thought it would, so I was checking spam and waiting around before I could send it to my mom. It wasnt a huge deal, but it was kind of annoying. Once it showed up, everything was ok. I think 3 stars is fair

The promo code went through easily and saved me a few bucks, which was nice. I’ll admit I didn’t fully trust it until I saw the final total update, though, since I’ve had too many codes not work lately.

The ham is always fresh, pickup is simple, and the staff usually seem like they know exactly what they’re doing... which I appreciate so much. I like not having to wonder if one location is going to be way worse than another!!!

It’s definitely not the cheapest option, but for holidays, family dinners, or anything where you just want one less thing to stress about?? Totally worth it. Nice to have something reliable when everything else is chaos!!!

The menu has some decent options, but i expected a little more variety. I mean, you’d think there would be more sides and full meal choices, but what they do have is okay.
